"Hello, I’m Laurie. I have been a Paramedic since 2004, and even obtained Critical Care Paramedic credential. Even though I have been an ALS provider, I still retain knowledge of the basics! I have been an AHA instructor since 2004 and have been a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 2019. Additionally, I hold a BA in Psychology and a MS in Emergency Management.

I have been teaching all levels of EMS students since 2021 upon moving to NC and have informally been a teacher / mentor throughout my EMS career. I wish to continue being an instructor / mentor within the online tutoring venue. It is my goal to empower and educate those EMS students who feel lost or overwhelmed with all the material. There is no greater feeling than when a student passes exams and realizes “yes, I CAN do this!”.
