"I frequently helped tutor K-6 students one-on-one and in small groups for three years when I was in high school in all subjects. I graduated from from high school last spring with a 3.91 GPA. I am currently enrolled at Northern Arizona University, and am taking classes to get my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.

The classes I enjoyed taking the most were those with a teacher/professor who took the time to get engaged with the students and went the extra mile to help them individually if needed. I personally find it helpful, for not only myself but the student as well, when a lesson plan is created around the students' personal needs and followed.

I completed 9th-12th grade English with all straight A's. I also completed English 100 at the local community college with an A as well.

I often times had free periods during high school due to taking extra classes over the summer. I would take that time to go to the elementary classes and ask the teachers what students needed to be tutored in what. I tutored in all subjects. I did this for about three years.

I want to help the students in any way possible and will work with their needs as much as I can.
