"In addition to working for a real estate company and in retail, I am also a full-time student at Albany Technical College majoring in Business Management. In 2011, I started an adult reading program called Get Albany Reading in which adults learned how to identify and define root words and how to build larger words. The classes were held at Bill Miller Community Center and consisted of learning how to fill out forms and applications, read traffic signs, and newspapers. I speak basic conversational Spanish. I also created the only known pre-training course for a 411 call center and taught skills in public speaking, spelling (geography), customer service, and grammar. I was a tutor for adults who did not have the learning ability to get a GED but needed basic life skills and basic reading, writing, and math skills.

My educational background includes a certificate and diploma in Accounting, a certificate in Business Education, an advanced certificate and diploma in Business Education, and a Small Business Management diploma. I have completed numerous courses in essay writing and other forms of English. I believe education is an ongoing process; therefore, I consider myself to be a career student.

I have over twenty years of administrative experience with skills in typing and 10-key (60+wpm), and excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
