I have worked as an professional animal trainer for 5 years following my graduation from Florida Southern College. I graduated with my bachelors of science in marine biology with minors in psychology, environmental science and religion. While completing my undergraduate I tutored students of elementary ages in science and math. Then I was able to serve as an upperclassmen mentor to freshman and sophomores within my major in entry level biology and chemistry courses. Outside campus I worked in a field ecology lab with Florida Fish and Wildlife conducting field collections and laboratory tests on marine ecology. I have the most experience tutoring marine biology, psychology and algebra subjects. I am also very comfortable assisting with courses such as ecology and biology courses.

I have a passion for tutoring because I enjoy helping students succeed within their academic studies. I am aware courses and classes within science and math can be challenging for some. Sometimes they may create barriers towards completing a degree and I would love to help remove those barriers for you!
