"I am a high school teacher by calling, gifting, education and experience. I have a BS in Science and love teaching science to high school students. I taught in private school for 20 years and have been teaching online and doing tutorials and tutoring for 5 years. I am also qualified by experience to teach high school math which I enjoy doing.

I have been working with an online school and doing homeschool tutorials for the last few years. So, I have experience with online tutoring, also. I enjoy teaching and helping students learn. Every person is an individual and has individual needs and individual learning styles. I want to help each student feel successful and not discouraged. I have been teaching upper level high school science for 24+ years. I have taught some AP and Honors science classes also. I really enjoy biology, chemistry and Anatomy/Physiology most but have such a love for science that I am happy to help in any science subject.

I took extra math in college because I really enjoy the challenges of a good math problem or puzzle. I have tutored in Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and Trigonometry as well as math problems associated with physics class.
