"Hello, I’m Chris! I graduated summa cum laude with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin with dual degrees in Computer Science Honors and Canfield Business Honors with a Business Certificate in Spanish, earning a perfect 4.0 across both degrees.

My tutoring journey began when my cross country coach asked me to tutor her son after hearing recommendations from my other teachers about me. I have over 7+ years of experience tutoring a variety of ages from 6 to college students, though I specialize in STEM and test prep subjects. I have extensive one-on-one tutoring experience and have also designed lesson plans from scratch to teach in small group classroom settings for topics such as JavaScript and Data Structures. My students have improved their grades from failing to a B and increased their SAT scores by 200+ in only a short month.

I am a huge advocate for personalizing my teaching approach to the student and working together towards understanding rather than solely teaching regurgitated concepts in a standard way.
