"I love sharing my love of math. I have been in education over 15 years and recently became a stay-at-home parent. The thing I miss most about teaching is hearing a student have an "a-ha" moment. I have partnered with Intervention Specialists in the classroom, worked with ay-risk teens and struggling adult learners. With these experiences, I bring a unique skill set to tutoring. I can break things down to make things easier to understand. I am able to explain things in different ways until you have your "a-ha" moment.

I have taught high school and community college mathematics. I have a Master's degree in Mathematics Education. I am familiar with the Common Core Mathematics Standards.
