When I was young, I liked math but struggled a lot with it and felt that "I couldn't hack it" - so I just gave up. My parents got me a tutor who forever changed the way that I would look at math and so much more. It also set me upon a curious path of learning "how to teach anything" to anyone. In a nutshell, my mantra is “Make it fun and engaging plus simple to grasp.” People say I have a true talent for it.

I have more than 20+ years & easily 25000+ hours worth of professional experience specializing in test prep (PSAT/SAT/GMAT/GRE/ISEE/HSPT/SSAT/GED) and tutoring (centered around mathematics and English) in one-on-one, group, and classroom settings. I am also a bit of a nerd with undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Computer Engineering + an MBA too. I come up with a customized plan to address the specific issues of each student with result-driven solutions. This entails diagnosing areas of weakness and through guided practice turning them into strengths.

I am available 7 days a week (by appointment only) for private lessons as well as free 20 minute phone or video consultations. During our consultation, I gather information to do an in-depth customized analysis and plan for you. I provide all requisite materials and assignments at no additional costs. Homework is always assigned after each session.
