I got started in computers before networking, internet and Windows 3.1 just entered the market. Needless to say I've just about seen it all.

I have been employed at a local school system for the past ten years.

I consider myself to be calm, easy to communicate with and I am able to explain technical problems or questions in a direct uncomplicated manner.

I am a Systems Administrator in my job. I am responsible for computer/ network issues from the desktop all the way back to the cable modems.

We support 2700 students/teachers/staff and over 1000 computers, both Windows and MAC. I am also the main support person for 85 iPADs, about half are "supervised" on wireless carts the rest are used by individual teachers.

Do you need Windows application or hardware instruction? I can do that.

Do you need Apple, MACbook, iMAC or iPAD application or hardware support? I can do that. I am very familiar with Apple Configurator and iTunes for iPAD profiles.
