"I have taught and tutored in the field of chemistry and organic chemistry for 20 years. I have taught at undergraduate and graduate institutions. I enjoy working with high school students as well. I have lectured to groups of 60 and 6 and everything in between. I have taught general chemistry to highschool students, organic chemistry to advanced undergraduates, and everything in between. In all of these setting I strive to make a connection with students, showing the underlying questions and rationale behind the answers.

I am passionate about chemistry and enjoy sharing that passion and energy with students. I like seeing students understand difficult concepts and applying them to new problems. I engage in conversations to understand what the students are missing and what they’re not understanding. I then ask questions to see how we can solve the problem together without giving answers to readily.
