"Hello! My name is Julia, and I am a 4th year undergraduate student at UC Santa Barbara. I am part of the College of Letters and Science's Honors Program, and I am a double major in Political Science and Asian American Studies. In addition, I am currently preparing for and applying to graduate programs in order to become a future educator.

I have many years of experience with tutoring K-12 students. Most recently, I have been volunteering with a team of UC students who provide online tutoring sessions to underserved students across California. Our aim is to reduce educational inequity while also providing fun and engaging sessions for our students, and I have worked with students in the K-12 range on subjects such as English and Ethnic Studies. Additionally, I work at a teaching center in which I provide Common Core-aligned English and math lessons to K-12 students.
