"My name is Daniel, and I graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Middlesex University in London, achieving a Merit classification. I began part-time tutoring in 2021 in the subjects of world history, geography, social studies, and Spanish during the Covid pandemic. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping over 50 students achieve A-level results, and my educational background even led to an invitation to participate in a discussion panel on BBC Radio 1.

As a history tutor, my goal is to offer my students a front-row seat to the fascinating story of our world, focusing on the larger-than-life events and influential figures whose actions have shaped the world we live in today. I strive to make history come alive, encouraging students to engage deeply with the material, think critically, and develop a genuine interest in the subject. Rather than simply reciting information, I facilitate brainstorming and discussions that allow my students to not only understand the content but also form their own conclusions with confidence.

My lesson plans are designed to include time for independent study, with my guidance and supervision, to help students build confidence and retain the material more effectively. I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where students feel empowered to explore the subject on their own, while knowing I am there to support them every step of the way.
