In this role, I was responsible for all patient care including medical decision-making, airway management, drug calculations and intravenous access which requires an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. My undergraduate degree is in Emergency Medical Care in which I kept my GPA at 3.7.
Over the past 2 years, I have been tutoring my peers to help them pass the United States Medical Licensing Exam in which I passed the first and second steps to this exam. I have yet to take Step 3. I have met with over 10 different adult students (ages 25-50) in groups and one-on-one online sessions via Zoom. We will go through practice questions together and talk about how to find the best answer choice. I find it best to understand physiology and how the body works rather than just memorizing facts to pass the test. I realize that everyone learns differently and I am open to work with your individual needs. Hopefully, I will talk to you soon!" less...
