My educational philosophy is to foster the growth and knowledge of my students through personalized, project-based, and collaborative learning. I believe in nurturing every student's quest for knowledge through Activity-Based Learning. Learning should be fun. My tutoring sessions are interactive. I use numerous teaching methods to keep you engaged and moving towards your goals.

I have been teaching for many years. I have over three decades of experience teaching students of all ages. I have a B.A. in Sociology with minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Writing from the University of Pittsburgh. I have homeschooled my children from Pre-School through their High School graduations. All of my classes are interactive. My classes feature hands-on activities, books, and worksheets I write for the class. No matter the subject, my classes get students involved.
