"Hello, I'm Audrey, a dedicated and passionate tutor with a knack for helping students unlock their full potential. With over six years of experience in education, I specialize in ACT Reading & English prep, offering personalized guidance tailored to each student's unique learning style and goals.

My journey as a tutor began during my middle school years, during which I was selected to serve as a Chemistry and Biology peer tutor to my fellow students. Since then, I have gone on to develop my own independent tutoring business, providing mathematics and reading instruction to students throughout my home state of New Jersey. I also worked as an Assistant Manager and Certified Math & Reading Tutor at my local Kumon Math & Reading Center for the duration of my high school career. Throughout the last six years, my varied experience in tutoring has given me the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds and academic levels, ranging from preschool to high school; I look forward to continuing to do so while in university!

My approach to tutoring is centered on fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately, mastering challenging concepts. Whether it's through interactive lessons, real-life examples, or creative problem-solving techniques, I strive to make learning enjoyable and relevant to each student's unique interests and aspirations.

In addition to my tutoring work, I am a first-year Dean's List Behavioral Neuroscience student on the Pre-Medical track at Northeastern University's College of Science. I am also a thirteen-year Gold Award Girl Scout, as well as a nationally-certified Emergency Medical Technician. In my free time, I enjoy going for long runs, reading my favorite books, and spending time with family and friends.
