"My name is Jorden and I graduated from Brandeis University in May 2017. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, with accompanying minors in Chemistry and Computer Science. During my time at Brandeis I worked as a Teaching Assistant for an advanced computer science class. It was through this experience that I realized that I rather enjoyed teaching others about the knowledge that I had gained through my classes and experiences. After graduating from Brandeis I worked as a Research technician through which I was exposed to cutting edge biological concepts and applications. For the last couple years, I have been working at Harvard Medical School in the Genetics Department researching previously unknown genes and their functions.

I have since moved on from Harvard Medical School and am now pursuing a PhD in Bioinformatics at NCSU.

I really enjoy helping students learn and develop an appreciation for material that they are learning. I am very friendly so please don't hesitate to contact me to learn more or to schedule lessons!
