"I'm Lilian, nice to meet you! In terms of my background, I received my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2018 and have worked as a tutor, medical scribe, research tech, and process engineer in the past. I’m more than happy to chat about any of these if you or your child is looking for advice.

Currently, I’m a medical student and will be graduating in May 2025! I've only gotten this far with the support of strong mentors and instructors. Throughout my education and training, I realized my own passion for education and helping students reach their academic goals.

I have extensive experience (10+ years) in private tutoring and have worked with a range of ages, from elementary to graduate school, in a variety of topics such as:

- Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology

- K-6 Math, Prealgebra, Algebra I/2, and Precalculus

- SAT, ACT, GRE, MCAT, and USMLE/COMAT shelf exams

- Admissions advising with application review

- Essay brainstorming and editing

My current focuses are test prep (SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.), admissions advising, and essay editing! I have a strong track record of academic excellence and am confident that I have the expertise to improve your scores and make tough topics easier to understand.

I’m available for both short- and longer-term partnerships. If there are specific assignments or materials that you’d like to go over, it would be helpful for me to have those in advance so that we can make the most of our time together. For me, there is no such thing as a “dumb question” – it’s much better to address areas of uncertainty in our session rather than being confused or unprepared during the real deal.
