"Hello! My name is Tiffani, and I am a licensed Educator in the areas of Special Education, General Curriculum, K-12 and English, 9-12. I studied Special Education in college and recently obtained my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to switching to an administrative role within Special Education, I have taught in all areas of the public school system, beginning my career in the elementary level and ending in high school. I worked with students of all levels within the Regular Education Classroom as a Co-Teacher for English and Math and in a resource classroom, teaching the students with special needs all subject areas. I am skilled in applying differentiation to various content areas.

Educating students of all ability levels is a passion. Tutoring will allow me to work with students on an individualized level.

While I worked with both English and Math in my Co-Teaching experiences, English quickly became a passion. I obtained my license in the subject area to allow me to teach both Regular and Special Education English. Throughout my teaching experience, I have gathered resources and lessons to assist me with properly educating all students in English as it relates to literature, grammar, and writing. Because of my background in Special Education, I am able to differentiate materials to reach students on his or her ability level.

I studied Special Education in college. While obtaining my undergraduate degree, I completed various volunteer and paid opportunities to get additional experience in working with students with special needs, including intellectual and learning disabilities and individuals with Autism. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is also a passion of mine. I am working toward obtaining my Registered Behavior Technician certificate to provide me with additional knowledge and resources to work with individuals with Autism.
