"Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie, and I am a dedicated tutor with over 15 years of experience in mathematics, history, essay writing, and entrepreneurship. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in education, curriculum development, management, and entrepreneurship. I attended New York University and Harvard SSP, and I'm a fellow with MassChallenge, where I participated in the IBM AI Mentorship Program for EdTech. Additionally, I’ve been a keynote speaker for IBM in New York and at MIT.

I have supported students from all backgrounds and academic levels, including homeschooling, grades 6-12, and gifted learners. My teaching methods begin with a personalized approach that starts with assessing each student’s current knowledge. From there, I focus on comprehensive understanding, homework support, and test preparation.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when students believe in their potential. For instance, I worked with a 6th-grade student who mastered Algebra 1, usually seen in 10th grade. That success was about helping the student believe that they were capable of achieving things they hadn’t thought possible before.

What I’m most passionate about is building a trusting relationship with each student. I believe learning is about developing a growth mindset, building resilience, and setting long term goals that help you succeed in all areas of life. I’m here to support you, not only to help you do your best in school, but to inspire you to grow into a confident, lifelong learner.
