"I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.7. During my undergraduate years, I was recognized for my academic achievements, receiving the Dean’s High Honor, the Spartan Spirit Award, and a Ford Scholars distinction.
My teaching and tutoring experience spans several years and diverse settings. As a Resident Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, I mentored first- and second-year students, developing programs to support their academic, social, and personal growth. As an NREMT instructor I have also taught over 100 students to pass the NREMT while at CWRUEMS. In this position, I tailored lessons to accommodate varying learning styles and assessed students’ mastery of skills through practical demonstrations. Additionally, as President of the university’s Model United Nations organization, I led educational initiatives and hosted conferences for high school students, helping them develop research, public speaking, and diplomatic skills.
My approach to teaching emphasizes breaking down complex concepts into digestible steps and using interactive, practical methods to engage students. Whether teaching academic subjects, medical skills, or leadership development, I strive to foster both competence and confidence. These experiences have equipped me to effectively tutor students in a variety of subjects and settings." less...
