"With over 10 years of experience in English tutoring and more than 5 years in that of psychology and fitness, I offer a well-rounded approach that’s both personalized and highly effective. I hold a BA in psychology from CSU Channel Islands, where I helped numerous students develop their academic skills. My approach includes the use of ethical and proven psychological techniques that optimize memory, comprehension, and critical thinking to enhance each session’s impact.

In fitness, I bring nearly 15 years of hands-on experience, including past certifications as a NASM personal trainer and nutrition counselor.
