For ten years, I've been using my Orton-Gillingham training to help students with dyslexia and reading challenges. I create custom programs tailored to each student's needs, whether they're struggling with focus (ADHD), speech clarity, or math (which can relate to reading skills).

My Approach

Step-by-Step Plan: I study how students learn and track their progress to build a plan for each learner.

Tried and True Techniques: I use methods that are proven to work, giving students clear steps to improve their reading, writing, and overall study skills.

Learning That Sticks: The skills students learn will help in all their classes.

All About the Student: My plans focus on using a student's strengths as well as areas for growth. This helps build confidence!

Qualifications

Dyslexia Expert: I'm specially trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, which breaks down reading and spelling in a way that makes learning much easier for people with dyslexia. It's also the best approach for most students who struggle with reading.

School Experience: I developed and delivered individualized teaching plans for hundreds of dyslexic students at the Carroll School for Dyslexia in the Boston area.
