"Hello there! My name is Addison, and I love learning. I have taught in the classroom through Teach For America, directed educational departments at companies, and run my own tutoring business Addison Academy. My work with students is designed to be challenging and fun. Parents tell me their kids are more motivated and excited when they leave our sessions. I studied advanced math learning theory at Johns Hopkins University where I did my Masters in education. I believe in math's ability to challenge and grow our minds, and I know how to help you enjoy the learning process. I teach math from pre-algebra to multiple variable integration and vector calculus, and I have a particular focus in teaching math for standardized tests including the SSAT, the SAT, the ACT, and the GRE.
