"Hello!
I have been working in industry at various bioteks since 2016. My experience has allowed me to focus on mainly cellular and molecular biology including endotoxin testing, dna extraction, cell culture, microbiology, fluorescence microscopy, and much more. I have been in my current position for almost 3 years now and it involves installing lab equipment at various client sites and conducting trainings for clients. My job involves a lot of troubleshooting with clients as well as clear and precise emails and directions to make sure our clients properly understand how to use our products as well as understand the science behind the assays they re preforming.
I have previous experience tutoring while I was in college, mainly focusing on gen chem 1 and 2, intro bio, and micro biology/ cell biology. My college background mainly focuses on a heavy class load of biology and chemistry classes, but I mostly enjoyed cellular and molecular work the most. With my background in science and the experience I have gained working in industry for the last 5 years I am sure I will be able to help you confidently learn the material you are studying and will help you build the foundations necessary to fully grasp your material.
Tutored college level biology and chemistry courses. My job requires me to help train clients on our instruments as well as troubleshoot any problems or issues are clients have, I am also tasked with making sure everything is handled in a professional manner and a timely manner.
I would really like to be able to help you learn the materials you are looking over. Some concepts in biology and chemistry can be difficult to learn, but everything builds upon each other and it gets easier to learn with time!" less...
