"I have been exhibiting and selling my art for more than ten years, and I have worked in a graphic design environment for even longer. While I have no formal training in teaching, I love sharing what I know with others and have been instructing art for over 5 years at Heartland Artists Gallery in Plymouth, Custom Framing Solutions in Bremen, Spring Into Art in Napannee, Napannee Public Library, and other venues. I especially enjoy private lessons where I can really assist someone in honing their own special talents.

I excel in life drawing, watercolor, oil, and illustration. I am versed in many media and have knowledge of countless techniques, and I am always seeking to learn and develop as both an artist and as an instructor. I am familiar with many facets of art history, theory, and I especially enjoy color theory.

My interests in animals, plants, and people as subjects allow me to offer numerous exercises for students, tailored to meet each individual's needs.

I am well versed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as InDesign, Muse, and Quark XPress. I am schooled in composition and color theory, as well as art history and film history.
