"After graduating from Long Island University having earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree, I had the opportunity to enter the world of Finance and have enjoyed a rewarding career of over 20 years. Along the way, I have earned my Certificate in Financial Planning from Bryant University. I have extensive one-on-one online tutoring experience for the SIE, Series 7 and CFP(R) Certification Examinations. I have taken and passed all three, along with the additional certifications listed below.

Preparing for a certification exam can be a daunting and stressful experience. I strive to help my students identify their strengths and weaknesses. During tutoring sessions, I will evaluate study habits and test taking techniques, then make recommendations to improve efficiency and impact. In addition, I will outline a standardized approach for the most challenging topics covered on the exams. By crafting a plan of action for specific topics, the student gains confidence and can address other, equally important aspects of the examination. In helping students construct a disciplined and structured approach to the material, they gain confidence and focus on maximizing their efforts to achieve success.

I see myself as both a teacher and a coach, determined to build proficiency with the material and aid in the mental preparation for the challenge of the exam.
