"I was a successful first grade teacher for seven years at highly respected private schools in South Florida. After moving to Broward, I went back to school to pursue a Master's in Reading at Nova Southeastern. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham through the Institute for Multisensory Education and various other reading programs. I have worked as a private reading specialist and tutor throughout all of my teaching experience and have a number of happy families as references. I have also been trained in the Singapore math program and used it in my first grade classroom for years. Motivating and a kind personality with a wonderful rapport with students.
