Dear Language Learners,

I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia and have had a great love for languages for as long as I remember. No matter what the original goal is for learning a language, when the class is inspiring, dedicated and joyful, and the learning journey is truly shared and genuine, I’ve learned that surprises and rewards always happen.

I’ve been a professional independent instructor for many years and never imagined where it would take me. English has become my second native language and I’ve had unique and unforgettable teaching experiences.

A few among them, are creating the first Russian, French and Italian classes in public Oxnard elementary schools, French and Italian classes in the Ventura College Community Education, Russian for a long-term government program, and advanced English to a wonderful team of entrepreneurs and their families, relocated to the U.S. from Germany, Brazil and China for work in international companies.

I teach one-on-one classes to students from around the world, in person and through my online video classes. There really are limitless ways to create and enjoy language and culture classes, each with their own purpose and magic. I love them all.

I always look forward to supporting every unique one of us to discover or rediscover the wonderful surprises of language.
