"I have a Bachelors degree in [Bio]environmental Sciences from Texas A&M University and completed all course hours for a Masters degree in Forestry, but did not attain diploma and left for a job elsewhere. I was certified for science courses (8-12) in Texas, but voluntarily surrendered my certification in lieu of a resignation from my last school district.

While I do not have prior experience tutoring for a private company, I have worked one-on-one with my students around the instructional day, on an as-needed basis throughout the academic year. Tutoring would involve direct instruction on unit material or extra time to practice or make up missing/incomplete assignments a student may have missed or failed in class.

I taught high school students (14-18 years old) and all in classroom & laboratory settings. One-on-one sessions were usually held before or after school on an as-needed basis for any student.
