I am a native speaker who grew up, went to school and worked in France until our family moved to the United States 12 years ago.

I have been providing learning services to professionnals, tourists and students ever since.

I specialize in tutoring adults and teenagers. I have been successful at helping them fill their academic gaps, as well as improving their communication skills and confidence in a foreign language.

I always adjust to the needs of my students and I am very conscious of their challenges as I faced the same difficulties as a second language learner. I motivate them by providing varied experiences and ressources ranging from traditional textbooks to internet resources, depending on their abilities, expectations and interests. I never hesitate to revisit material so that they can build strong foundations and confidence. I am flexible, dependable and have good interpersonal skills. Atmosphere in class is studious but relaxed.
