"My name is Dr. Toni C. I hold a Ph.D. in Reading Literary and Assessment through Walden University as well as an MEd from The University of California at Berkeley in Reading and Linguistics. I have been a special education teacher, kindergarten and elementary school teacher and am a licensed reading specialist who can create and design a specified curriculum for any student. I specialize in working with children who need a different approach to learning many skills and I use a multisensory approach to teaching. I explain concepts clearly and talk with my students to make sure the concepts are understood. We practice by doing! (See it, say it, hear it, do it!)
