"Hello! I am a novice tutor with a passion for rocks! Or so-- that's what people think geology is, when it's much more than that. I started off as an environmental science major throughout college and took quite a few courses in it. I discovered my passion for geology and now have professional experience in both geology and geographic information systems. I love to teach and guide people through these topics, and will also teach anyone about jobs and professions if they are interested.
I have a bachelors of science in Geology, with coursework in environmental science. In my program, all physical sciences were required (biology, physics, chemistry, and geography), however my knowledge is more plentiful in earth science. For college courses, structural geology is my strong suit.
I've had courses in GIS and now work full-time as a GIS analyst. I work primarily in ESRI's ArcGIS Pro, but I am familiar with ArcMap (Desktop).
