"Hey all,
My name is Ryan. I am a third year medical student at Georgetown and a previous Fulbright Scholar. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University with degrees in molecular biology, history, and Spanish. At the start of every semester, I take on 4 STEM students who I work intimately with over the course of the academic year. I limit the number of students I take because I prefer to focus my time on fewer students in order to really hone in on identifying and improving academic weaknesses. I specialize in tutoring General Chemistry I and II, Organic Chemistry I and II, Biology, Physics, and college/grad school application writing. I am a published author and enjoy creative writing. Right now, I have space for 3 high school or college students. Ideally, we would meet once or twice a week to supplement in-class lectures, go over practice problems, and answer any questions that students may have. Message me to find out more details. I have over 9 years of teaching experience, and I look forward to working with you and ensuring you get the academic success that you deserve!
Please reach out to me if you are interested in more long-term tutoring. I take great pride in seeing my students succeed. I only ask that the student puts in the effort to make both of our time worthwhile (i.e. coming to our sessions with a positive attitude, prepared to ask any questions they may have, and engaged throughout our time together.)" less...
