I’d love to help you through online tutoring with homework, preparing for a test, or just brushing up on concepts that may have gotten rusty. I am very passionate about the German language and culture, and my students tell me I am a natural teacher. Seeing the glow of new understanding on students’ faces is one of my favorite things in life!
I have been studying and speaking German with native and near-native speakers for six years and have attained an advanced fluency level, which enabled me to achieve a Gold award on the Level 4 American Association of Teachers of German examination. This summer, I attended a selective three-week study-abroad experience in Freiburg im Breisgau and Berlin, Germany on environmental sustainability practices in German.
