"After working for several years in state government, I went back to school to obtain a Master's and I am now working on my dissertation to complete my PHD. I did so, because I really enjoy teaching and working with students. My favorite teaching assignment has been to work with academically gifted students in a summer academic camp program in Texas and I look forward to more teaching opportunities in the KC area where I grew up.
