As a former faculty member of the American Management Association, Christian led corporate seminars on leadership, collaboration, change management, data analysis, and process management. His extensive teaching background is complemented by a career in finance and public service, which provides him with real-world insights to enrich his lessons.
Christian's professional experience includes serving as a Senior Financial/Economic Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he worked in the Policy and Analysis division of the Bank Supervision Group. He was also an investment banker, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Butler, Chapman & Co., and municipal finance at PaineWebber (now UBS). Earlier in his career, Christian served in the Clinton Administration as a Senior Policy Analyst at the US Treasury Department and in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel.
