"I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors in International Relations. I worked in Corporate America for 8 years with Ritz Carlton as a revenue manager for the Caribbean properties. After working in Corporate America, I decided to start my own company. I ran my own dance company for 5 years. In 2010 I decided to join Teach For America and I have been teaching ever since.

I LOVE being in the classroom and am dedicated to my new career. I truly believe every student LOVES to learn, they just need to be engaged and invested in the process. I am in my 10th year of teaching and have taught reading, English, history and Global Studies and Thinking Skills through the Cambridge program.
