I'm a caring and patient tutor that will assist in getting you the help that you need. I graduated from Miami University with a double major in Accounting and Finance and a secondary focus on Statistics. I was involved in tutor sessions at a local middle school and high school located on campus during the 4 years that I attended. I try to understand the comprehension level of each student and cater the learning to the "speed" that is most appropriate for each student.

My approach is to slowly walk through a session to not only get to the conclusion or answer, but also assist students in clearly understanding the rational for how a conclusion or answer was reached. It is more than just getting to the answer. The student should understand the "Why it's done the way it was."

I also work well with people and adapt to different learning styles. This is necessary for my current role at the company that i am employed with. I am currently a full time working professional who is patient with customers and coworkers during education sessions at work. I easily adapt to changing and stressful environments to gain positive results for the department currently working at.
