"My love of learning stems from knowing that educational success is directly linked to success later in life. All students have the capability and the right to experience success in school. I believe that teachers must support students and encourage their success.

I believe that students are individuals and effective methods to encourage learning are altering my teaching style to fit my student, using inquiry lessons, use of hands-on manipulatives, and offering encouragement. My role as the teacher is to be the facilitator of learning and the roles of the student are scientist, writer, artist, mathematician, artist, and historian.

I have been working as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher for Hays CISD since the Fall of 2023. I worked as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher for Pflugerville ISD Fall 2017 - Spring 2023. I was a Special Education Teacher for Leander ISD during the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years. I was a teaching assistant/substitute teacher/5th grade tutor in the Austin area from October 2012 - December 2014.

I require a 24-hour cancellation notice, but I do understand that life happens and some events are unavoidable. I will offer make-up sessions when needed. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the session rate. If you do not call or text to cancel your tutoring session, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
