"Hi, I'm Bharath! I am currently a medical student at Baylor College of Medicine and will be graduating in the coming year. Previously I attended Harvard Kennedy School of Government, learning about economics, statistics, and international development and graduated with my Master's in Public Administration earlier this year. After taking the GRE for this program (Q: 169, V: 166), I have been tutoring students on how to boost their GRE scores over the last two years. Before that, I worked as a tutor, mostly in math and science, throughout high school, college, and medical school.
These experiences have exposed me to many different kinds of learners, ranging from college students to mid-professional adults, and have shaped my approach of meeting students where they are at and breaking down complex information into manageable bits. In the past, I have done various types of sessions (Q&A style, working through practice problems, content review, etc.) and am flexible on how to structure and run each session so students can get exactly the help they are looking for. I have also developed my own study strategies and test-taking skills for various standardized exams, including the GRE, that I hope to share with students. I am easy to reach, quick to respond, and want to provide the best experience for each individual student! Given this customized approach, students looking for regular sessions are often best able to address all of the areas they need to be successful, but I am also prepared to work with students who just want quick help before their exam. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in improving your GRE score today!
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading, and being outdoors." less...
