"I am a highly qualified Social Studies educator. My career in education started in Undergrad, where I studied History and Secondary Education. I completed two student teaching rotations at a middle and high school level. In addition, I passed my Praxis and my EdTPA assessments in order to obtain my degree and certification in the state of Maryland.

I currently teach at a Title I high school. I teach grades 9-11 US History, and am experienced in working with students with IEPs, 504s, ELs, and other needs. My skills include communication, lesson planning, and classroom management. I also teach and am certified in International Baccalaureate History, a highly advanced magnet class. I am experienced with interacting and teaching students with varied skills and academic levels.
