Currently, I am a dental student at KCU-Joplin, and I received my bachelor’s in biology from University of Arkansas-Fort Smith in December 2022. In high school, I achieved a 32 on the ACT, and my entrance exam for dental school was also competitive. I have been in school my whole life, and I believe that has prepared me well to effectively teach high schoolers preparing for college, or collegiate students in a biology, chemistry, nursing, or premed program.

I believe it is best to tutor one-on-one with a peer-to-peer approach. I like to talk to those I teach with respect just like I would one of my classmates. I believe that when two people talk to each other respectfully and intelligently, both parties can learn something from one another, regardless of age or education!

When we first start our journey, I would like to talk with you about our goals going forward, which should take no longer than 30 minutes. After that, I will develop and source material to achieve your goals, and we will tackle our goal one session at a time! I believe it is best to meet once a week, but I will meet as often as you feel is necessary. I can help with test prep (either for your class or a standardized test like the ACT, SAT, or DAT), or course-specific material that would be covered in advanced high school or college classes dealing with biology, physics, or chemistry (up to organic chemistry II).
