"I became a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and Nutrition Certified by Alison. I grew up in Surprise, Arizona and have lived there my entire life. I began training my clients at LA Fitness after graduating high school 2013. I am qualified to teach exercise and nutrition. I started meeting my clients one on one near their homes, sit with them and tutor them on the importance of nutrition as well as aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

I know studying fitness and nutrition can be very challenging, but at the same time, it can be fun and exciting!

I overcame a lot of problems in this industry when studying the body in 2014. I have taught people from the ages of 18-50 years old.
