"Hi, I'm JoAnna and I hold a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University where I graduated at the top of my class. I have obtained a Bachelor in Psychology and am a certified Lindamood Bell Seeing Stars provider to support dyslexic readers. I have expertise working with students with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and Executive function deficits. With over 10 years of experience in pre-K through middle school education, I pride myself in being able to tailor lessons to suit your unique needs. All my lessons are dynamic and integrate multisensory components to ensure learning, retention, and FUN. I believe all students deserve to be happy, confident, and enjoy school. I am here to equip them with the tools and learning methods to succeed.

I value putting forth my best efforts always and have much compassion to students who are struggling or just need a little extra boost. I enjoy collaborating and working as a team to overcome any roadblocks or speed bumps that may exist in their learning profile. When not tutoring, I spend my time reading about learning difficulties or encompassing a growth mindset, playing volleyball out at the beach, bodybuilding, yoga, and time in nature with friends and family.
