"While studying biology at Boston College I worked with a professor who taught high school classes on Cape Cod. He made our learning experience fun, engaging, and filled with relevant work we could do. That experience opened my eyes to a career in education. Based on that experience, I went back to BC for my Master's in education.

My teaching career has brought me to schools in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania and I have taught physics, chemistry, biology, AP Biology, Environmental Science, and Human Anatomy & Physiology over the last 20 years. I am currently an Personalized Learning Instructional Coach working with teachers to improve their practice by removing barriers to learning so students can reach their potential.
