"As a new Law student with a minor in Spanish, I can honestly say I love the language and learning! I have studied Spanish for Native Speakers for 10 years in the academic setting. I have studied Spanish and Spanish translation since age 11, with extensive years of Honors as well as AP Spanish classes, testing, coursework, and College level Spanish. My first Language is interestingly both Spanish and English, as I have been bilingual since childhood, and I am a C1 level fluency on the CEFR scale. As a Spanish tutor, my primary goal is to help clients to feel comfortable speaking, writing, and listening without nervousness. As an avid language learner, I understand the different ways languages can be learned more easily! I have experience tutoring with visual learning such as flashcards, interactive videos, fun grammar games, and verb memorization exercises. As a tutor, I feel it is important to not only have a great memory of the language but to also speak naturally as a native speaker of the language would!
Able to communicate through speaking with excellent proficiency and C1 fluency in Spanish, as well as writing, reading, and comprehension.
