"Graduating Cum Laude from SFASU, I learned that having good tutors in your corner is a must. Growing up, mathematics had always been my strong subject. This lead me to my career choice to become an accountant. Dealing with numbers everyday has helped me maintain a strong math base needed to teach others.

Throughout high school, I participated in numerous UIL events. All of which revolved around math. I excelled in my events to the point that I could make it to the state competition with ease. This helped me understand the core curriculum much easier, and gave me a greater understanding of what is needed to teach the subject.
