"Hello, I’m Rachel! I fell in love with reading and writing at an early age, therefore decided to turn it into a career! As a certified English teacher and Reading Specialist, my passions include helping students thrive in the area of English Language Arts in hopes of creating lifelong readers and writers!

After several years of working with high school seniors, I understand the importance of the college admission essay. Especially now, with many colleges focusing solely on the admission essay, I help students make themselves stand out through their words!

In addition, I have helped students feel more confident with their reading and writing skills through various learning activities. It is through these lessons that students have improved test scores, gained a better understanding of literature, and advanced their vocabulary grammar skills.
