"In 2020, I graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with my B.S. in Pure Mathematics, B.A. in Business Economics, and minor in Statistics. I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, which is offered to only 5% of graduating seniors at UCI and is America's most prestigious honor society. I also scored an 800 on the SAT Math and a 5 on the Calculus AB Exam.

I have been tutoring for four years, specializing in high school math, SAT Math, and Calculus AB/Calculus 1. I have helped countless students raise their grades, increase their SAT Math score by 50-200 points, and score a 4 or 5 on their Calculus AB exam. I love to help my students succeed in their classes and build confidence in their math skills.

I am very patient and encouraging with my students, which I believe are important traits to have as a tutor. I create a safe learning environment where my students feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes without feeling flustered. When students have anxiety about math, it becomes very difficult for them to learn. I can truly empathize with students who find math frustrating and daunting. I finished my entire math degree in less than a year and a half due to time constraints, routinely studying 60-80 hours every week on difficult proof-based math.
