"Hello, my name is Sara and I am currently a math teacher. I have a B.S. in Secondary Education and Mathematics from Grand Valey State University where I also received a minor in Psychology. Additionally, I have a M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University

I have been teaching high school math for three years and have many years of tutoring experience with all ages of students. I have volunteered as a tutor for fellow high school students as a National Honors Society student in 11th and 12th grade, I have worked at Grand Valley's tutoring center with various levels of college students, and at Kumon with many k-12 students.

During my time as a teacher I have taught a wide range of classes including STEM and AP level courses. Some of these classes include: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Precalculus, AP Precalculus, and Sports Statistics. I have also tutored students in a variety of subjects including: Prealgebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus.
